Time Accounting
Time Accounting is more than just a timesheet. Project managers want to control spending by choosing who
is allowed to charge hours against their project(s). Supervisors need the ability to approve or reject employee
timesheets and conduct "floor checks" to ensure that employees are consistently logging their time. Employees need
an easy to use timesheet without having to search for labor codes.
Timesheet

This intuitive and easy to use timesheet makes it easy for employees to track their time. Authorized timesheet
codes can be quickly added to the timesheet for tracking time or removed from the timesheet(when not needed) to reduce
timesheet clutter. Best of all, it is DCAA compliant with it's change tracking and ability to store notes.
Time Authorization

Project managers can easily authorize employees to charge hours against a project or specific task of
the project. De-authorizing employees is just as simple. Simply select a time period, then select a project or task and move
employees into authorized users or back into available users.
Time Approval

Supervisors can easily review a timesheet after it has been submitted for approval. In case a supervisor is
absent, backup supervisors can be configured to approve timesheets for the absent supervisor. In addition,
the added floor-check capabilities allow supervisors to monitor employee timekeeping.
