QuickBooks Interface
Would you like to keep the familiarity of QuickBooks, but get more advanced tools to help keep your
company DCAA compliant, and improve efficiency? By using the QuickBooks Interface, companies wanting to
remain on QuickBooks can save time and money by having financial data transfered into their accounting package.
The QuickBooks Interface will transfer timesheet data, bill & credit card charges, vendor data and employee data
using the QuickBooks Web Connector.
Timesheet Data

One of the most data intensive operations in a company can be processing payroll. To get the hours
off of the timesheet and into QuickBooks can be tedious and time consuming. By using the Timesheet Download
module, simply match a DS account with a QuickBooks account and save the data for download. Run the
QuickBooks Web Connector and your
timesheet data will be transferred to QuickBooks. The Timesheet Download module also remembers your account matches
so there is no need to re-match accounts every pay cycle.
Bill & Credit Card Data

Use the Bill Download and Credit Card Download to transfer purchases for your projects or company
into QuickBooks. The Bill Download is intuitive enough to recognize partial payments and even payments
spread across multiple orders. Like the Timesheet Download, the Bill & Credit Card Download modules remember
account matches, so there is no need to re-match accounts.
Vendor Data

Most new vendors associated with a purchase are originated from the DS expense modules, so save
time by simply transferring that information into QuickBooks instead of re-entering the information
manually. The QuickBooks Vendor module makes it easy to create vendors from QuickBooks vendors, create
QuickBooks vendors from DS vendors or simply match existing vendors.
Employee Data

The QuickBooks Interface modules have the ability to syncronize employee information in a way that
allows you to compare both the DS Employee information and the QuickBooks employee information. Instead of
setting up a new employee in QuickBooks, import from the DS Application.
