The Property Module is used to track all assets purchased by the company. It conforms to government requirements for tracking assets and integrates directly with the Purchase Order Module. Information entered on a purchased item is populated into the property item for faster and consistent data entry. All updates are logged to track the history of a property item.

The Property Module is a very powerful and flexible application that allows you to add property in batch form and as individual items. You can also track and sort property by order name, receive date, description, vendor, project, location, and/or cost. The update capability and bar codes make the dreaded annual inventory task much more accurate and less time consuming. The Property Module quickly and accurately generates the information needed for annual reports required by the DCAA.
