The Project Tracking module allows you to quickly and accurately gather data for internal, customer, and government reports. The Project Tracking Reports are integrated directly with the Purchase Order, Invoicing, and the Time Accounting Modules. Therefore, a Project Financial Report will automatically include updated labor, subcontract, supply, and equipment expenses and commitments. Based on this information and data you estimate for next month, a budget to completion and a budget for next month are generated. In addition to reports for individual project expenses and direct labor, a project summary report can be generated showing total contract value, monthly budget, months remaining, and staff information.
