This simple tool is designed to save you time and increase efficiency. The Desktop Alerter
will retrieve alerts in the areas of time accounting, purchasing, travel, paid time off,
project management and contract management. The time accounting alerts alone have
helped many companies comply with DCAA requirements to keep a daily record of time worked.
There is no need to log into the DS application to check if a work item needs your attention
because the Desktop Alerter does it for you. Alerts are specific to each employee, so the alerts
are always relevant and specific. The desktop alerter can be installed by each employee and will
"pop-up" every time there is an alert that needs attention.
